Rock of the Marne (Iraq/Afghanistan '10)In 2010, Michael spent a total of two months in the field with 3rd Infantry Division soldiers deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan. He produced a 10-episode series, "Rock of the Marne," which aired on FOX 28 in Savannah. Segments from the series were also broadcast on CBS Atlanta News.

A Call to Arms (Afghanistan 2009)This hour-long special, which aired on Georgia Public Television in 2010, is the end product of a nine-part series of programs Michael produced for FOX 28/Savannah featuring thousands of Georgia Army and Air National Guard soldiers deployed to Afghanistan. Michael spent more than a month in the field with the troops, flying aboard Georgia C-130s and living on various bases throughout eastern Afghanistan.

Starting with the incalculable support French forces gave the US military during the American Revolution, Michael takes viewers on a globe-trotting romp from various points in Afghanistan to naval vessels at sea, exploring the surprising ways French and American troops still work side-by-side today.

Friends in the FightThis 2007 film, broadcast in Savannah, explores the two-century-old relationship between the armed forces of United States and the United Kingdom. Included are a visit to the Royal Navy aircraft carrier HMS Illustrious when US Marine Corps Harriers were aboard ship for training, footage of Georgia Army National Guard soldiers training with British Terroritorial Army troops, and a peek at a British museum chronicling a red-coat regiment founded in the colonies before the Revolution.
